VpscFulesOpration collects operational and organizational data required to deliver cloud petrol pump management, billing, and regulatory reconciliation services. This includes:

• Station Metadata: Station name, Oil Marketing Company (OMC) affiliation (e.g. IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Shell, Nayara, Jio-bp), dealer code, GSTIN, physical address, and contact details.

• Dispenser & Inventory Data: Nozzle meter totalizers, physical tank dip heights (in mm/cm), density/hydrometer logs, calibration curves, fuel delivery tanker decanting logs, and testing fuel discharge records.

• Financial & Shift Records: Shift opening/closing sheets, cash drawer denomination counts, digital EDC POS swipe transactions, UPI/QR transaction IDs, and cashier shortage repayment ledgers.

• B2B Credit Customer & Fleet Data: Corporate account names, authorized vehicle registration numbers (RC), vehicle-wise daily fuel allocations, driver indent slips, and credit threshold limits.

• Staff & User Profiles: Attendant and cashier names, mobile numbers, shift attendance logs, printable QR ID badge records, and role-based access permissions.

All data collected is used solely for operating, securing, and maintaining your fuel station management ecosystem. Specifically:

• Reconciling nozzle meter sales with cash and digital collection channels.

• Converting physical tank dip readings into exact volume measurements and generating evaporation variance alerts.

• Enforcing credit thresholds in real time to prevent unauthorized credit fueling.

• Producing statutory regulatory compliance documents including Daily Sales Registers (DSR), State Excise stock ledgers (Form XVI), and GST tax breakdown statements.

• Sending automated WhatsApp fueling receipts, monthly account statements, and shift executive summaries to station owners and approved corporate fleet clients.

We enforce industry-standard security protocols to protect your station financial and operational data:

• End-to-End Encryption: All communications between your station devices and our cloud servers are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

• Automated Backups: Database snapshots are backed up daily with multi-region redundancy to prevent data loss.

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Ground staff, cashiers, shift managers, and master owners operate under isolated privilege levels, ensuring attendants only see assigned shift fields.

• Zero Data Monetization: We DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your fuel sales volumes, supplier invoices, or credit customer ledgers to any third parties.

We only share data with external services when strictly necessary to deliver station capabilities:

• SMS & WhatsApp Gateways: For dispatching automated payment receipts and shift summaries to authorized numbers.

• OMC / Telemetry Gateways (Optional): If configured by the owner for automated ATG (Automatic Tank Gauge) cloud synchronization.

• Legal & Compliance: When explicitly required by applicable law, court order, or authorized government tax authorities.

• Total Station Ownership: You retain 100% full proprietary ownership of all data inputted into VpscFulesOpration.

• Instant Data Export: You can export your complete historical transaction logs, customer ledgers, and DSR reports in Excel and PDF formats at any time.

• Data Deletion Upon Termination: In the event of account cancellation, your station records are securely archived for 30 days for data recovery, after which they are permanently and irreversibly purged from our live production databases upon your request.

VpscFulesOpration utilizes essential authentication cookies to keep shift cashiers and station managers securely logged into the portal across browser sessions. We do not utilize third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
