By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to VpscFulesOpration ERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. VpscFulesOpration provides cloud-based software tools for fuel station shift closing, tank calibration math, meter totalizer reconciliation, credit party ledgers, and regulatory DSR reports.

These Terms apply to station owners, managing partners, shift cashiers, pump attendants, and corporate fleet clients accessing the self-service portal.

• Lifetime Station License: ₹30,000 one-time initial station setup and lifetime software license. Cloud maintenance, automatic regulatory compliance, and updates are billed at upto ₹15,000 per year starting from the second year.

• Monthly Flex Plan: Billed at ₹5,000 per month with zero upfront commitment. You may pause or cancel at any time with complete pay-as-you-go flexibility.

• Full Feature Access Guarantee: Every pricing plan grants 100% complete access to all 9 platform modules, unlimited nozzles, forecourt mobile apps, and automated WhatsApp reports with zero locked features or tier-based restrictions.

• Taxes & Invoicing: All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). GST tax invoices are generated automatically for every payment.

• Station Account Responsibility: The primary account holder (Dealer/Owner) is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and issuing appropriate role-based permissions (Cashier, Attendant, Manager) to station staff.

• Cashier Shortages & Shift Audits: VpscFulesOpration calculates shift closing math based on numbers entered by staff (meter readings, testing fuel, physical dip height, cash denominations). Station owners remain responsible for verifying physical cash drawer balances during cashier handover.

• Calibration Chart Uploads: Accurate conversion of dip rod measurements (mm/cm) to liters requires entering your station's official tank calibration chart provided by the tank manufacturer or weights & measures authority.

• Underground Leak & Variance Warnings: Automated evaporation and leakage alerts are statistical diagnostic tools. VpscFulesOpration is not liable for physical hardware failures, pipeline leaks, or equipment wear at your fuel station facility.

• 99.9% Cloud Availability: We employ multi-cloud infrastructure with automatic failovers to ensure your shift closing portal is accessible 24/7/365.

• Scheduled Maintenance: Critical infrastructure updates are scheduled during off-peak overnight hours with prior in-app notification.

• Cloud Redundancy: Automated database backups and high-availability endpoints ensure persistent data integrity across all shift entries and reports.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

• 30-Day Data Export Window: Following cancellation, your account enters a 30-day read-only archive period during which you can download all historical DSR reports, sales registers, and customer ledgers in Excel and PDF.

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the Enterprise Network annual plan within the first 14 days of paid activation, you may request a full refund.

VpscFulesOpration Systems Inc. retains all intellectual property rights, trademarks, algorithms, calibration calculation engines, and report layouts. Station owners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the software for their retail fuel operations.
